When you place your order, your build process begins. We keep you informed through the build process and share images as your piece takes shape.
Build times are typically between 3-4 weeks between payment and completion.
All timepieces are shipped express.
2 year warranty
Our timepieces come with a 2 year warranty that ensures proper accurate function of your timepiece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your timepiece, let us know and we will make it right.

What is the return policy?

Are purchases refundable?
If you're unhappy with your purchase please reach out us immediately. Anything that is made custom cannot be refunded, but we will work with you to ensure you're happy with your experience with us.
When will I get my order?
Typically between 3 and 4 weeks, though it depends on our production queue. If completion is anticipated to be later than initially communicated, we will reach out to you directly.
Every timepiece is hand made, so it takes several weeks to complete your order. We provide communication throughout the build process including pictures of your watch being built.
When your build passes our Quality Control process for movement accuracy and water resistance, we send you an email and arrange your shipping for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We have a variety of fast, secure shipping options.
