What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Anything that is made custom we're unable to refund. Anything bought on discount is final sale.
When will I get my order?
Typically between 3 and 4 weeks, though it depends on our production workload. If completion is anticipated to be later than initially communicated, we will reach out to you directly.
Every timepiece is hand made, so it takes several weeks to complete your order. We provide communication throughout the build process including pictures of your watch being built.
When your build passes our Quality Control process for movement accuracy and water resistance, we send you an email and arrange your shipping for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
