What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are purchases refundable?
If you're unhappy with your purchase please reach out us immediately. Anything that is made custom cannot be refunded, but we will work with you to ensure you're happy with your experience with us.
When will I get my order?
Typically between 3 and 4 weeks, though it depends on our production queue. If completion is anticipated to be later than initially communicated, we will reach out to you directly.
Every timepiece is hand made, so it takes several weeks to complete your order. We provide communication throughout the build process including pictures of your watch being built.
When your build passes our Quality Control process for movement accuracy and water resistance, we send you an email and arrange your shipping for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We have a variety of fast, secure shipping options.
